These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to our paid programs, services, and subscriptions. These Terms apply to purchasers only.


1) Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box at checkout stating that you agree to these Terms (a “clickwrap” agreement), purchasing any Program, Add-On, or Subscription, or accessing any purchaser-only materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or access our Programs.


2) Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Client,” “you,” “your” means the purchaser of the Program/Service.

  • “Program(s)” means the Career Bloom paid coaching programs described below, including:
    (a) Career Clarity Formula VIP (“VIP”)
    (b) Career Clarity Formula (“Formula”)
    (c) Career Clarity Essentials (“Essentials”)

  • “Subscription” means Career Clarity Collective, a month-to-month paid membership available only to graduates of Formula or VIP.

  • “Add-On” means optional additional services available for purchase, including the Resume Rebrand Add-On.

  • “Program Materials” means all content provided by Company, including videos, call recordings, templates, worksheets, guides, prompts, downloads, written materials, feedback, and community content provided by Company.

  • “Portal” means the Kajabi-hosted course and community environment.

  • “Guarantee” / “Refund Policy” means the limited 30-day guarantee terms in Section 8.

  • “HST” means HawaiĘ»i Standard Time.


3) Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.

  2. You have sufficient English fluency to participate.

  3. You are purchasing for your personal development and not for competitive intelligence or to replicate our materials.

Competitor Restriction. You may not purchase or access the Programs if you are a direct competitor of Career Bloom LLC or are purchasing for the purpose of copying, reverse engineering, or competing with our Program Materials.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that eligibility requirements are not met.


4) Program Description

4.1 Program Components (General)

Programs may include, depending on your purchase:

  • Online course modules and videos

  • Templates and downloads

  • Group coaching calls (live and/or replay)

  • One (1) private 1:1 Career Clarity session (Programs that include it)

  • Community portal access and messaging support (DM support in community)

  • Personalized feedback via messages and occasional Loom videos

  • Resume/LinkedIn review (where offered as part of the Program)

4.2 Programs and What’s Included

(A) Career Clarity Formula VIP (VIP)
A higher-touch version of Formula including everything in Formula plus additional private 1:1 sessions and priority access/faster turnaround. Details of the additional sessions/priority access are as described at checkout and/or in the order confirmation.

(B) Career Clarity Formula (Formula)
Includes:

  • 18 weeks of coaching support

  • Weekly small-group coaching

  • One (1) private Career Clarity session

  • Career Clarity course

  • Personal Branding course

  • Job Search Strategy course

  • Personalized feedback via messages + occasional Loom feedback

  • Templates, guides, AI prompts

  • Private community access

  • 30-day clarity guarantee

(C) Career Clarity Essentials (Essentials)
Includes:

  • 6 weeks of coaching support

  • Bi-weekly small-group coaching

  • One (1) private Career Clarity session

  • Career Clarity course

  • 30-day guarantee
    Does not include: ongoing coaching support beyond the stated period, personal branding course/guidance, job search strategy course/feedback.

4.3 Schedule, Changes, and Availability

Coaching call times are offered as scheduled and may change. We do not guarantee specific dates/times. Replays may be made available; however, availability of replays is not guaranteed in all circumstances (e.g., technical issues).

4.4 Client Responsibility to Book 1:1 Session

If your Program includes a 1:1 session, you are responsible for scheduling it.

Rescheduling / No-Show Policy (1:1 Sessions):

  • You may reschedule up to two (2) times with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If you miss your session or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may treat the session as forfeited at our discretion, except where required by law.

4.5 Access Duration

  • Course Access (“Lifetime Access”). “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Career Bloom LLC continues to make the Program available on its platform. We may migrate platforms, update materials, modify delivery, or discontinue a Program in the future.

  • Community + Coaching Access. Community portal and coaching access is provided for the stated support period (e.g., 18 weeks for Formula), unless extended through purchase of the Subscription.


5) Fees + Taxes

5.1 Program Fees (USD)

All prices are in USD.

  • VIP: $7,150

  • Formula: $3,450

  • Essentials: $2,450

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5.2 Taxes

We do not currently charge sales tax/VAT/GST at checkout. If any taxes are later determined to apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for paying such taxes to the appropriate authority unless prohibited by law.

5.3 Discounts

Discounts may be offered occasionally at Company’s discretion. Unless expressly stated in writing, discounts do not apply retroactively.


6) Payment Plans + Authorization

6.1 Payment Options

You may have the option to pay in full or via installment plan(s) offered at checkout. For example:

Formula:

  • $3,450 one-time

  • $1,163.42/month for 3 months

  • $586.78/month for 6 months

Essentials:

  • $2,450 one-time

  • $826.75/month for 3 months

  • $415.30/month for 6 months

6.2 Payment Authorization; Recurring Charges

If you select an installment plan, you authorize Career Bloom LLC and its payment processors and vendors (including Kajabi and its underlying payment processor(s)) to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the installment schedule.

6.3 Third-Party Financing Providers (Klarna / Afterpay)

If you use a third-party financing provider such as Klarna or Afterpay, your financing arrangement may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and fees. Career Bloom LLC does not control and is not responsible for any financing fees, interest, late fees, or obligations you owe to third-party providers.

6.4 Failed Payments; Fees; Grace Period; Access Suspension

If a payment attempt is declined or fails:

  • We may automatically retry payment.

  • Grace period: up to 7 calendar days from the failed payment date to cure non-payment.

  • Access pause: we may pause access after 3 days of non-payment.

  • Access revocation: we may revoke access after 7 days of non-payment.

Fees (where permitted by law):

  • Late fee: $25 per missed installment (may be assessed once per billing cycle).

  • Failed payment fee: $15 per failed charge attempt.

We may waive fees at our discretion.

6.5 Continued Payment Obligation

You remain responsible for completing all payments under your chosen plan unless and until a refund is approved under the Refund Policy or as required by law. Stopping participation does not cancel your payment obligation.

6.6 Collections

If amounts remain unpaid after reasonable efforts to collect, we may pursue collection of amounts owed, including through a collections agency and/or legal action, and you agree to pay reasonable costs of collection and attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.


7) Refund Policy Structure

The Refund Policy is fully contained in these Terms (Section 8) and is also intended to be available as a separate Refund Policy page for convenience. In the event of a conflict, the Refund Policy within these Terms controls.


8) Refund Policy (30-Day Career Clarity Guarantee)

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, available at https://www.careerbloomcoaching.com/Refund-Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 

Career Bloom LLC (“Career Bloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a limited 30-day money-back guarantee (the “Guarantee”) for eligible purchases of the following programs (each, a “Program”):

  • Career Clarity Formula VIP

  • Career Clarity Formula

  • Career Clarity Essentials

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.


1) Programs Covered

This Guarantee applies only to:

  • Career Clarity Formula VIP

  • Career Clarity Formula

  • Career Clarity Essentials

The Guarantee does not apply to any other products, services, workshops, private coaching not included in the Program, or third-party services.


2) 30-Day Guarantee Window (Strict Deadline)

To be eligible, you must submit your refund request within thirty (30) days of the exact timestamp of your original purchase (the “Guarantee Period”).

  • Timezone used to determine deadlines: HawaiĘ»i Standard Time (HST)

  • Refund requests submitted after the Guarantee Period will not be eligible, regardless of reason.

The Guarantee Period begins upon purchase, regardless of when you first access the Program.


3) What the Guarantee Is (and Isn’t)

The Guarantee is:

A good-faith opportunity to receive a refund if you complete the required work, engage in the process, and still do not feel clear on your career direction after following the 30-day Career Clarity roadmap.

The Guarantee is not:

  • a “try it and decide later” option,

  • a substitute for participation,

  • a refund because you changed your mind,

  • a refund because you didn’t use the Program,

  • a refund because you didn’t like doing the work,

  • a refund because you didn’t want to engage with feedback, or

  • a way to access Program materials and coaching support without paying.


4) Eligibility Requirements (“Proof of Work”)

To qualify for a refund under the Guarantee, you must complete all of the following requirements during the Guarantee Period:

A) Coaching Participation

Attend live or watch the replay of at least two (2) group coaching calls within the Guarantee Period.

B) Private Session Completion

Schedule and complete your private 1:1 Career Clarity session with Theresa White within the Guarantee Period (if your Program includes it).

C) Curriculum Completion

Complete and watch the required curriculum for:

  • Module 1: Your Career Compass

  • Module 2: Your Ideal Career Direction

D) Required Submissions (Inside Community Challenges)

Submit the following inside the community:

  • your completed Career Compass submission under “Challenge 1: Your Career Compass”, and

  • your completed Ideal Career submission under “Challenge 2: Your Ideal Career.”

Email submissions, PDFs, screenshots, or other off-platform submissions will not qualify.

E) Feedback Engagement Requirement (Critical)

You must engage with our feedback in good faith.

Because the Program is designed to be iterative, eligibility requires that you:

  • receive feedback from Career Bloom on your submissions, and

  • respond to that feedback with follow-up engagement that demonstrates active participation (e.g., clarifying questions, reactions, refinements, or requested recalibration).

If you submit work, receive feedback, and do not respond or engage — you will not qualify for the Guarantee.


5) Direction Confirmation Requirement (Module 2 / Challenge 2)

As part of the Career Clarity process, clients are required to actively communicate whether the career directions identified in Module 2: Your Ideal Career Direction feel aligned or require further clarification.

To remain eligible for the 30-day Career Clarity Guarantee:

  1. You must submit your completed Career Framework to Challenge 2 inside the community/portal.

  2. Career Bloom LLC will provide feedback in the comments on your Challenge 2 submission.

  3. You must reply directly to that feedback in the comments thread confirming one of the following:

    • that the proposed direction(s) feel aligned and you are ready to move forward, or

    • that the proposed direction(s) do not feel aligned and you require further clarification or iteration.

If you do not respond to the feedback on your Challenge 2 submission but you proceed into later modules (including personal branding, LinkedIn optimization, resume development, job search strategy, or interviewing), this will be treated as confirmation by conduct that clarity has been achieved and that you accepted the direction(s) provided.

Accordingly, a refund request will not be granted based on later reconsideration, reframing, or narrowing/broadening concerns after you have moved forward into execution modules.

The Guarantee is designed to support clients who are unable to reach clarity despite active participation and feedback engagement — not to reverse decisions that were previously accepted or acted upon.


6) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must email us at theresa@careerbloomcoaching.com within the Guarantee Period with:

  • your full name,

  • the email address used to purchase,

  • the Program purchased,

  • a clear statement that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day Guarantee.

We may verify completion of the eligibility requirements through Program records, including course progress, attendance/replay history, community submissions, and message history.


7) Refund Review Call (Not Free Coaching; Required If Offered)

In some cases, we may offer (at our sole discretion) a short clarification call to:

  • understand what is not landing,

  • confirm whether the Guarantee requirements have been met, and/or

  • attempt a final recalibration of direction based on the work you have already completed.

This call is not guaranteed, is not a benefit of the Guarantee, and is not available on demand.

A request for a refund does not entitle you to additional private coaching beyond what is included in your Program.

If Career Bloom LLC offers a Refund Review Call, attendance is required in order to remain eligible for a refund under this Policy. If you decline or fail to attend the Refund Review Call, your refund request will be denied.


8) Circumstances Where Refunds Will Be Denied

Refund requests will be denied if any of the following apply:

  1. You did not complete all eligibility requirements listed above.

  2. You failed to engage with feedback in good faith.

  3. You were removed from the community, or violated Program/community rules.

  4. You initiated a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

  5. You downloaded materials and did not meaningfully participate.

  6. You missed required steps, failed to submit work in the correct location, or submitted incomplete work.

  7. Your refund request is submitted after the Guarantee Period.


9) Payment Plans

If you purchased a Program using a payment plan:

  • refunds are limited to the amount(s) paid to date, minus any non-refundable fees described below, and

  • any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled upon approval of a valid refund request.

If you do not request a refund within the Guarantee Period, or you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments.


10) Non-Refundable Fees (Processing + Third-Party Financing)

If a refund is approved:

  • to the maximum extent permitted by law, payment processing fees are non-refundable, and

  • any fees charged by third-party financing providers (including but not limited to Afterpay and Klarna) are non-refundable.

Career Bloom LLC is not responsible for any financing fees, interest, late fees, or payment obligations owed to third-party providers.


11) Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, Career Bloom LLC will submit the refund instruction to our payment processor promptly.

Refund timelines vary by financial institution. We do not control the processing time of banks, credit card networks, Klarna/Afterpay, or other third-party payment providers.


12) License Termination + Access Removal Upon Refund

If you receive a refund for any Program:

  • your access to the Program will be terminated immediately,

  • your license to use Program materials is revoked, and

  • you must immediately stop using all Program materials.

This includes, without limitation: video trainings, audio recordings, templates, downloads, written materials, curriculum, community access, call recordings, Loom feedback, and any members-only resources.


13) Non-Payment / Collections / Enforcement

If you are on a payment plan and fail to make payments when due, Career Bloom LLC reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate your access to the Program,

  • pursue collection of amounts owed,

  • recover costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, where permitted by law.


9) Chargebacks / Disputes

9.1 Contact Us First

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at theresa@careerbloomcoaching.com and allow at least 10 business days to attempt resolution.

9.2 Chargebacks as Material Breach; Access Termination

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We may terminate access immediately, deny refund eligibility, and pursue amounts owed including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and collection costs where permitted by law.


10) Intellectual Property + License

10.1 Ownership

All Program Materials are owned by Career Bloom LLC and/or Theresa White and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

Upon full payment (or during an active payment plan in good standing), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Program Materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

10.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • share logins or allow third parties to access

  • copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display Program Materials

  • repost Program Materials or community content outside the Portal

  • use templates/materials to coach or serve your own clients

  • create derivative works or train other coaches using the Program Materials

10.4 Recording

You may not record coaching calls or sessions without written permission.

10.5 Injunctive Relief

You agree that unauthorized use or disclosure of Program Materials causes irreparable harm. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief (including temporary restraining orders) in addition to any other remedies.


11) Confidentiality + Community Rules

11.1 Community Standards

You agree to maintain respectful conduct and comply with community rules, including prohibitions on:

  • harassment or bullying

  • hate speech

  • spam or disruptive behavior

  • solicitation or promoting outside services

  • sharing private/confidential info about other participants

  • illegal content or infringement

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate your participation for violations.

11.2 Confidentiality (Best Efforts)

You agree, on a best-efforts basis, not to disclose other clients’ personal information or confidential sharing from the community.

11.3 Testimonials and Use of Content

You agree we may use your testimonials and results unless you opt out by emailing theresa@careerbloomcoaching.com.

Screenshots/Community Posts:

  • We may use screenshots of community posts/comments for marketing or educational purposes in an anonymized form by default (no name, photo, or identifying details).

  • We will request opt-in consent before using your name and/or photo.

We will not publish Zoom recordings featuring you without your express written permission.


12) Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without refund, if you:

  • fail to pay amounts due

  • violate these Terms or community standards

  • engage in misconduct, harassment, or threats

  • infringe intellectual property or share Program Materials

  • initiate a chargeback/dispute

  • engage in fraud or abusive behavior

Upon termination, you lose access immediately, lose refund eligibility, and remain liable for any outstanding payment plan balance (where permitted by law).


13) Disclaimers (No Guarantee; Not Therapy; Third Parties)

13.1 Educational and Coaching Purposes Only

Programs are for educational/coaching purposes only. We do not provide recruiting, placement services, or guarantees of employment.

13.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, or specific career outcomes. Results vary based on individual factors and market conditions.

13.3 Not Therapy / Not Mental Health Treatment

We are not a medical provider, therapist, or mental health professional (unless explicitly stated in writing). The Programs are not therapy and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you experience mental health concerns, you should seek care from a qualified professional. We do not provide crisis support.

13.4 Not Legal/Financial/Tax Advice

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions and actions you take.

13.5 Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party platforms including Kajabi and Zoom. We are not responsible for outages, security issues, or interruptions caused by third parties.


14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. No Indirect Damages. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or emotional distress.

  2. Liability Cap. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or participation shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Career Bloom LLC for the applicable Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if a one-time purchase, the total amount paid for that purchase).

  3. As-Is / As-Available. Programs and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.


15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Career Bloom LLC and Theresa White from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • your misuse of the Programs

  • your violation of laws or third-party rights

  • your breach of these Terms

  • content you post in the community

  • disputes between you and any third party (including employers)


16) Governing Law + Venue / Arbitration

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16.2 Mandatory Arbitration; Small Claims Carveout

Except for claims eligible for small claims court and claims for injunctive relief related to intellectual property or confidentiality, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Programs shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.

  • Seat/Location: Honolulu, HawaiĘ»i

  • Remote Arbitration: permitted (e.g., video conference) unless AAA requires otherwise.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision remains enforceable to the maximum extent permitted.


17) Miscellaneous

17.1 Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be provided with notice (e.g., email or Portal notice) and will apply prospectively.

17.2 Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms (including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets). You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

17.3 Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17.4 Entire Agreement; Incorporated Documents

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Career Bloom LLC regarding your purchase and participation, and incorporate by reference:

  • the Privacy Policy

  • the Refund Policy (Section 8)

  • any Checkout Order Form / Offer Description presented at purchase

  • any Community Guidelines posted in the Portal

17.5 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

ADDENDUM A — RESUME REBRAND ADD-ON (Done-For-You Service)

This Addendum applies only if you purchase the Resume Rebrand Add-On (“Add-On”) for $950 USD.

A1) What’s Included

  • One (1) 50-minute 1:1 coaching session with Theresa White

  • A professionally written resume drafted from scratch based on your inputs and coaching session

  • One (1) round of revisions

A2) Client Requirements

You must complete Program prerequisites described in the Add-On offer (e.g., Modules 1–4 and Challenges 1–4, as applicable) before scheduling.

A3) Delivery Timeline

Resume delivered within 14 business days after the coaching call, provided you submit required information promptly.

A4) Contractor Disclosure

Some fulfillment may be performed by an independent contractor resume writer engaged by Career Bloom LLC. You understand:

  • Career Bloom LLC remains responsible for delivery of the Add-On as described, but

  • the contractor is not your employee/agent, and

  • you may be required to provide information and respond to requests to complete the work.

A5) No Refunds

All Add-On sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.


ADDENDUM B — CAREER CLARITY COLLECTIVE SUBSCRIPTION

This Addendum applies only if you purchase Career Clarity Collective (“Subscription”).

B1) Eligibility

Available only to graduates of Career Clarity Formula or Career Clarity Formula VIP.

B2) Price and Billing

  • $49.99/month USD, billed monthly

  • Month-to-month with a minimum commitment of one (1) month

B3) Automatic Renewal; Cancel Anytime

Your Subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel. You may cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

B4) What’s Included

Calls and community access as described in the Portal and/or at the time of purchase.

B5) No Refunds (Subscription)

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by law.
