Career Bloom LLC (“Career Bloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a limited 30-day money-back guarantee (the “Guarantee”) for eligible purchases of the following programs (each, a “Program”):

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.

1) Programs Covered
This Guarantee applies only to:

The Guarantee does not apply to any other products, services, workshops, private coaching not included in the Program, or third-party services.

2) 30-Day Guarantee Window (Strict Deadline)
To be eligible, you must submit your refund request within thirty (30) days of the exact timestamp of your original purchase (the “Guarantee Period”).

Timezone used to determine deadlines: Hawaiʻi Standard Time (HST)

Refund requests submitted after the Guarantee Period will not be eligible, regardless of reason.
The Guarantee Period begins upon purchase, regardless of when you first access the Program.

3) What the Guarantee Is (and Isn’t)
The Guarantee is:
A good-faith opportunity to receive a refund if you complete the required work, engage in the process, and still do not feel clear on your career direction after following the 30-day Career Clarity roadmap.
The Guarantee is not:

a “try it and decide later” option,
-
a substitute for participation,
-
a refund because you changed your mind,
-
a refund because you didn’t use the Program,
-
a refund because you didn’t like doing the work,
-
a refund because you didn’t want to engage with feedback, or
-
a way to access Program materials and coaching support without paying.
4) Eligibility Requirements (“Proof of Work”)
To qualify for a refund under the Guarantee, you must complete all of the following requirements during the Guarantee Period:
A) Coaching Participation
Attend live or watch the replay of at least two (2) group coaching calls within the Guarantee Period.
B) Private Session Completion
Schedule and complete your private 1:1 Career Clarity session with Theresa White within the Guarantee Period (if your Program includes it).
C) Curriculum Completion
Complete and watch the required curriculum for:
-
Module 1: Your Career Compass
-
Module 2: Your Ideal CareerÂ
D) Required Submissions (Inside Community Challenges)
Submit the following inside the community:
-
your completed Career Compass submission under “Challenge 1: Your Career Compass”, and
-
your completed Ideal Career submission under “Challenge 2: Your Ideal Career.”
Email submissions, PDFs, screenshots, or other off-platform submissions will not qualify.
E) Feedback Engagement Requirement (Critical)
You must engage with our feedback in good faith.
Because the Program is designed to be iterative, eligibility requires that you:
-
receive feedback from Career Bloom on your submissions, and
-
respond to that feedback with follow-up engagement that demonstrates active participation (e.g., clarifying questions, reactions, refinements, or requested recalibration).
If you submit work, receive feedback, and do not respond or engage — you will not qualify for the Guarantee.

5) Direction Confirmation Requirement (Module 2 / Challenge 2)
As part of the Career Clarity process, clients are required to actively communicate whether the career directions identified in Module 2: Your Ideal Career feel aligned or require further clarification.
To remain eligible for the 30-day Career Clarity Guarantee:

You must submit your completed Career Framework to Challenge 2 inside the community/portal.
-
Career Bloom LLC will provide feedback in the comments on your Challenge 2 submission.
-
You must reply directly to that feedback in the comments thread confirming one of the following:
-
that the proposed direction(s) feel aligned and you are ready to move forward, or
-
that the proposed direction(s) do not feel aligned and you require further clarification or iteration.

If you do not respond to the feedback on your Challenge 2 submission but you proceed into later modules (including personal branding, LinkedIn optimization, resume development, job search strategy, or interviewing), this will be treated as confirmation by conduct that clarity has been achieved and that you accepted the direction(s) provided.
Accordingly, a refund request will not be granted based on later reconsideration, reframing, or narrowing/broadening concerns after you have moved forward into execution modules.
The Guarantee is designed to support clients who are unable to reach clarity despite active participation and feedback engagement — not to reverse decisions that were previously accepted or acted upon.

6) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must email us at [email protected] within the Guarantee Period with:
-
your full name,
-
the email address used to purchase,
-
the Program purchased,
-
a clear statement that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day Guarantee.
We may verify completion of the eligibility requirements through Program records, including course progress, attendance/replay history, community submissions, and message history.

7) Refund Review Call (Not Free Coaching; Required If Offered)
In some cases, we may offer (at our sole discretion) a short clarification call to:
-
understand what is not landing,
-
confirm whether the Guarantee requirements have been met, and/or
-
attempt a final recalibration of direction based on the work you have already completed.
This call is not guaranteed, is not a benefit of the Guarantee, and is not available on demand.
A request for a refund does not entitle you to additional private coaching beyond what is included in your Program.
If Career Bloom LLC offers a Refund Review Call, attendance is required in order to remain eligible for a refund under this Policy. If you decline or fail to attend the Refund Review Call, your refund request will be denied.

8) Circumstances Where Refunds Will Be Denied
Refund requests will be denied if any of the following apply:
-
You did not complete all eligibility requirements listed above.
-
You failed to engage with feedback in good faith.
-
You were removed from the community, or violated Program/community rules.
-
You initiated a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.
-
You downloaded materials and did not meaningfully participate.
-
You missed required steps, failed to submit work in the correct location, or submitted incomplete work.
-
Your refund request is submitted after the Guarantee Period.
9) Payment Plans
If you purchased a Program using a payment plan:
-
refunds are limited to the amount(s) paid to date, minus any non-refundable fees described below, and
-
any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled upon approval of a valid refund request.
If you do not request a refund within the Guarantee Period, or you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments.

10) Non-Refundable Fees (Processing + Third-Party Financing)
If a refund is approved:

to the maximum extent permitted by law, payment processing fees are non-refundable, and
-
any fees charged by third-party financing providers (including but not limited to Afterpay and Klarna) are non-refundable.
Career Bloom LLC is not responsible for any financing fees, interest, late fees, or payment obligations owed to third-party providers.

11) Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, Career Bloom LLC will submit the refund instruction to our payment processor promptly.
Refund timelines vary by financial institution. We do not control the processing time of banks, credit card networks, Klarna/Afterpay, or other third-party payment providers.

12) License Termination + Access Removal Upon Refund
If you receive a refund for any Program:
-
your access to the Program will be terminated immediately,
-
your license to use Program materials is revoked, and
-
you must immediately stop using all Program materials.
This includes, without limitation: video trainings, audio recordings, templates, downloads, written materials, curriculum, community access, call recordings, Loom feedback, and any members-only resources.

13) Non-Payment / Collections / Enforcement
If you are on a payment plan and fail to make payments when due, Career Bloom LLC reserves the right to:

suspend or terminate your access to the Program,
-
pursue collection of amounts owed,
-
recover costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, where permitted by law.
